The clubhouse at Jewell Golf is the perfect event venue to host a reunion, graduation party, company outing, holiday party or wedding. Built in 2004, the 5,000 square foot building features a full kitchen, staffed and stocked bar, modern banquet room, and large patio space.
2021 Rental Rates
Day of event only - $600 rental fee plus a $200 damage deposit
Renter is responsible for setup and take down.
Staff set-up - price negotiated.
Additional day for setup and decorating - $300/day (negotiable)
Rehearsal Dinner rental - $150 for bar staff
$250 plus a $200 damage deposit
Social Events: (graduation, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, retirement)
$150 for members, $300 for nonmembers
The following services and amenities are included in our facility rental:
Indoor seating capacity with tables and chairs for approximately 200 guests
Large outdoor patio with tables and chairs for 24+ guests
Climate controlled building (heat or air conditioning)
Full Bar Service (cash or host)
Ample parking available, with designated handicapped parking
Basic pre-reception services
Audio/Visual Services include projector and large screen
ADA compliant restrooms
The following services and amenities are not included in our facility rental but are available for additional cost:
Setup and take down services

What are your facilities like?
With high ceilings and a neutral color palette, the clubhouse provides a modern, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for your guests. It provides the perfect setting for any size event, from small meetings to large receptions and events. When you first enter the building, you are welcomed by a large entryway with plenty of space for guests to come and go, hang their coats, or sign in.
The banquet room features a tall ceiling and full wall of windows with a beautiful view of the golf course .... the perfect backdrop for your wedding party or special event. A cove area in the banquet room can accommodate a band, DJ, or special event display. The banquet room and bar room are separated by large, tall doors which can either be closed or left open to join the areas. If closed, the banquet room has access to a walk-up bar window.
The custom-built bar area features three large screen TVs, ample bar seating and tables, and large windows with views of the 9th fairway. The patio is an open air event space, surrounded by manicured grass next to the 9th green, and a view of the sunset.
What is your seating capacity?
Our banquet room can seat 160 people, and the bar room can seat 40 people. The large outdoor patio has seating for an additional 24 people, with plenty of room for you to add more tables and chairs if you wish.
Available on site for use:
18 - 6' round tables (seats 7-8 people)
6' and 8' banquet tables
10 large wooden risers (to raise wedding table, serving tables, band, etc.)
What is your policy on outside vendors and catering services?
Jewell Golf welcomes event organizers to utilize their own vendors and catering services, allowing you to make your event truly your own. All types of caterers are welcome, from food trucks to five-star chefs. The only thing we require is that all drinks be purchased through us.
This space is a versatile venue that can cater to any event. If you so choose, the staff at Jewell Golf are able to provide you with casual cuisine tailored to your special event, including a buffet or cocktail reception. We invite you to come tour the grounds to see the full potential of the location for yourself.
What is your alcohol policy?
Because we want your party to be fun, safe and stress-free, we will coordinate all alcohol and provide bartenders for your special event. All alcohol must be purchased through us.
For couples opting to have bar service at their wedding, the venue will provide a range of liquors to choose from, including house beers, wines, liquors, and specialty beers and wines. The venue also has complete liability insurance.
